This band is all about not seeing everything in black or white.
As in every band, what keeps us doing what we do, is a deep and genuine love for music and especially the good melody.
One of the ( few) advantages of aging, is that you hopefully have something to say about the stuff most of us goes through during the years, both good and bad.
But basically we just love music, love to play it, and would love to play it for you.

Richard started to play the piano at age 6 with the influence of classical music as Bach and Beethoven and had first concert at age 8. At age 14 he started to play the guitar and joined a rock band and furthermore gospel choirs and started to record music. With various musical background The Bitter Sweet fits me perfect with both classical and rock background Richard is a genuine Romeriking from strømmen,
Lillestrøm and skedsmokorset in his midst twenties ok lets not go further than midts thirties…
Geir Danielsen
Geir has played the drums for some decades. He started to play in a rock band from the age of 10, and has since then been a drummer in many bands and various projects. To keep up the beat as a drummer in The Bitter Sweet is a welcome opportunity for him to restart his artistical career..
Knut Nygaard
Knut joined the band in 2022, after a long career in folk rock. In his youth he played the cello, the guitar and also sung the bass line in various choirs. For Knut, The Bitter Sweet is the homecoming to rock music.
